I have a water baby, he is grown up now, but in the water everything is all OK. You can see his whole state change as the water engulfs him, a ripple of calm washing over him. In water
he is flowing, he is held together, he is weightless, part of something big and blue, fine and continuous…

How do they know when they are calm.

What happens to their body and their thinking when they are calm?

What happens when there is no calm, and most importantly what are the moment by moment land- marks between the states of being calm and not being calm?
